The West Shore Brewery Trail: 9 Craft Stops from Camp Hill to Carlisle

June 20, 2026 · By The Satish Brahmbhatt Real Estate Group

Cumberland County quietly built one of Pennsylvania's best small brewery scenes. The heavyweight is Ever Grain Brewing on the Carlisle Pike in Camp Hill — a 75-foot bar, beer garden, and full kitchen — with sibling Brewhouse Grille on State Road. In Enola, Al's of Hampden on Millennium Way pairs legendary pizza with 100+ taps of its own Pizza Boy beer.

Mechanicsburg runs deep: Wolf Brewing with a scratch kitchen at Legacy Park, family-owned Sworn Brewing on East Trindle Road, and High Road Taproom on Walden Way — an actual taproom inside the Walden neighborhood, which tells you everything about how new communities here are designed. New Cumberland's Wild Rabbit on Bridge Street adds wood-fired pies, Ever Grain beer, and a pinball room.

Carlisle closes the trail downtown with Market Cross Pub & Brewery and Molly Pitcher Brewing, both on the Hanover/High Street grid. Nine stops, one county — and every one of them is a selling point for the neighborhood around it.
